Questions about our jewelry
Are lab grown diamonds real diamonds?
Yes. Chemically, physically and optically identical to mined stones, graded on the same scale and just as hard. The only difference is how they were formed.
Is the jewelry certified?
Stud earrings come with an IGI report for the stones. Hoops and tennis bracelets ship with an IGI jewelry report card, which grades the finished piece rather than each stone. That is the standard for multi stone jewelry.
What does total carat weight mean?
The weight of every stone in the piece added together. A 3 ct pair of hoops carries 1.5 ct in each ear, and a longer bracelet holds more stones than a shorter one.
How long does it take?
Stud earrings are made in 5 to 7 business days. Hoops take about 4 to 5 weeks. Tennis bracelets are 6 to 8 business days at 7 inches, and 5 to 6 weeks in any other length.
Can I change my mind?
Yes. Thirty days from delivery, including made to order pieces. Return shipping is free and we issue a prepaid insured label once you ask.
