Price Match Guarantee

If you find the same diamond for less, we will match the price

Send us the link. If it is the same stone at a lower price from an authorised US retailer, we match it. If you have already ordered, we refund the difference to your original payment method.

How a claim works

There is no form and no waiting on a queue. One email reaches a member of our team.

  1. Email Info@trucutdiamonds.com with the link, and your order number if you have already ordered.
  2. We open the listing and check the stone against its report number and the price against ours.
  3. We either confirm the match or explain why it does not qualify, the same day where we can.

What qualifies

  • The same diamond, identified by its GIA or IGI report number
  • Listed by an authorised retailer in the United States
  • In stock, at a published price anyone could pay that day
  • Live at the time you placed your order

What does not

  • Auction sites and marketplace sellers
  • Clearance, closeout, membership and trade pricing
  • Prices reached with a coupon or promotional code
  • Listings no longer live when we check them

Timing

Claims are made within seven days of your order. Once a ring has been delivered we no longer price match, though everything remains returnable for thirty days if you change your mind.

A few conditions

We match rather than beat. The guarantee applies to our regular price and cannot be combined with a discount code or a promotion. Whether two items are genuinely the same is our decision to make.

Please send the link rather than a screenshot. We need to open the listing ourselves to confirm both the stone and the price.
