From your design to your door. Here is exactly what happens between placing your order and receiving your piece.

You design your piece

Choose a diamond and setting in the Ring Studio, or send us photos of a design you love and we will build to that vision. The metal, the shape, and the carat weight are all yours to choose.

Your diamond is reserved

The stone you selected is secured along with its independent GIA or IGI grading report, so the diamond in your piece is the exact one you chose.

It is set by hand

Your stone is seated and secured into the finished setting. This is the step that determines how the piece sits, how it holds, and how it catches light for the rest of its life.

Handcrafted to order

Finishing and final check

The piece is polished, finished, and checked before it is cleared to ship. Nothing leaves in a state we would not be comfortable putting on our own hand.

Insured delivery

Rings take 3 to 4 weeks to make, earrings 5 to 7 business days. Once complete, your piece ships free, fully insured, with signature confirmation, arriving within 2 business days.
