Questions about hoops
What does inside-out mean?
Stones are set along the inner face of the hoop as well as the outer, so the pair keeps catching light when seen from the side or from behind, not only straight on.
What size should I choose?
All three carry the same thirty four stones, so the difference is stone size and how wide the hoop reads. The 3 ct is 3.4mm wide, the 5 ct is 4.2mm, and the 7 ct is 4.5mm.
What does total carat weight mean?
The weight of every stone across the pair added together. A 3 ct pair carries 1.5 ct in each ear.
Are the diamonds certified?
Every pair ships with an IGI jewelry report card. The stones are lab grown, F-G color, VS clarity, Very Good cut. The report covers the finished piece rather than grading each stone separately, which is the standard for multi stone jewelry.
How do they fasten?
A hinged back, so the hoop closes on itself rather than needing a separate fitting.
How long do they take?
Each pair is made to order, so allow about 4 to 5 weeks.
